A highly proficient and results-oriented military operations professional with extensive expertise in defense readiness, tactical data management, multi-agency coordination, and operational leadership. During service aboard the USS Gonzalez, I played a key role as the Defense Readiness Reporting Coordinator, managing a complex database spanning eleven warfare areas and ensuring 100% accuracy in the reporting of the ship’s deployment and training readiness. This directly contributed to enhanced global force awareness for the Directors of Operations.
As a Global Command Control Systems Operator, I gained advanced knowledge in Over-The-Horizon Targeting, (C4i) System Engineering, and Common Operational Picture management. I was the primary lead in identifying and resolving critical system issues within the GCCS infrastructure and spearheaded corrective actions for multi-ship GCCS casualties. Additionally, my in-depth knowledge of Strike Warfare earned me the responsibility of Launch Area Coordinator during the Russian invasion of Ukraine, where I successfully graded 371 TLAM flight paths for six ships simultaneously, ensuring flawless execution.
In my role as Combat Information Watch Officer, I demonstrated exceptional communication and leadership skills during high-intensity operations, effectively leading junior personnel and liaising with senior leadership. I was instrumental in ensuring the safe navigation of USS Gonzalez during critical missions. As Force Tactical Data Coordinator, I maintained a complex multi-frequency data link architecture for six NATO ships, ensuring 100% connectivity through rigorous troubleshooting and operational success across 15 simulated and 6 live exercises.
In addition to these roles, I served as Security Manager, overseeing the handling and processing of classified material, both physical and cyber, while maintaining a high level of organization and security compliance.
At FACFACS Jacksonville, I worked as the Bristol Watch Supervisor, managing and deconflicting military units for live-fire events, helicopter operations, and mass events. I also planned and coordinated VR and IR routes for both military and civilian aircraft in collaboration with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). My work with NOAA involved coordinating military and civilian ship movements to support wildlife preservation efforts. I also played a key role in search and rescue operations, working with multiple organizations and ensuring clear and effective communication. As MRICO and ICO, I maintained critical tactical data links with both surface and air assets, working closely with Second Fleet Command operators to ensure mission success.
Providing preeminent control, coordination, and deconfliction services within Fleet Area Control and Surveillance Facility (FACSFAC) Jacksonville’s airspace and sea space (both surface and subsurface) to our nation’s military, government agencies, and civilian users.
