  • My position was to run food up and downstairs the whole time.
  • When it was rush hour, I sometimes acted as the expo due to the head chef filling in for an empty kitchen position. That meant that i needed to know how all food was prepared and correctly inspected before running the food.
  • For working in a restaurant, just like at the Cheesecake Factory, I had to take care of the guests with a certain level og hospitality and professionalism, no matter the extent at which they were displeased.
