I was a care giver for my grandmother for the last six years. While I was not her only care giver, I was active in giving her companionship. I was also important in food preparation during this time. And I played role in planning and entertainment and travel coordination. This was a difficult time for the entire family and I chose to put my education on hold to care for my grandmother. I am now ready to begin my eduction in baking.
