Work History

Front End CSS (Lead)

10 Months
DICK'S Sporting Goods | 08.2025 - Current
  • As a Front End Lead at Dick’s Sporting Goods, I play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations. In addition to handling cashier responsibilities, I lead and support front-end team members throughout their shifts. I’m responsible for approving transactions that require additional verification, ensuring accuracy and compliance with store policies.
  • I also manage end-of-day cash handling, including counting and reconciling registers to maintain financial accuracy. As the primary point of contact for cashiers, I provide guidance, answer questions, and step in to assist whenever extra support is needed.
  • I’m also the #1 leading commissioner in the store, consistently driving the highest number of credit card sign-ups and warranty sales. Because of this, managers rely on me to train new hires, specifically teaching them how to effectively pitch credit cards and protection plans. My role combines leadership, sales performance, and mentorship, helping both the team and the store succeed.

Warehouse Worker

8 Months
Ryker PowerSports | 08.2024 - 04.2025
  • During my time at Ryker Powersports, I worked primarily in the warehouse where I was responsible for keeping track of motorcycle inventory, making sure everything coming in and out was properly documented and handled with care. I regularly loaded and unloaded shipments, moved bikes around the lot, and ensured the inventory stayed organized and up to date. Outside of the warehouse, I also worked directly with customers—helping them choose the right motorcycle based on their needs, preferences, and experience level. I took pride in walking them through different models, explaining features, and answering any questions they had. I also handled customer concerns and complaints, doing my best to resolve any issues and make sure they left satisfied. The role gave me a well-rounded experience in both warehouse operations and customer service.

Raising Canes Crewmember

1 Year 5 Months
Raising Cane's | 03.2023 - 08.2024
  • In my time with canes, i’ve learned so much. Canes pushes the standard on what true customer service is, setting expectations higher than most, and always pushing for even more than that. Canes sets the bar high for the entire business, and that is the reason it has helped me grow tremendously as an employee over my time with them.
