i Supervised a group of 12 to 20 people for three years . my task was to have everyone start on daily task such as deleafing transplanting, cloning etc.

I have also work the metrc for 3 years making tags, for lots of clones. Making manifests for transfers tagging the plants myself.

I was also a tech for two years i have done root drenches, sparing rooms, IPM. Cloning mother plants Etc.

Used tools to quickly troubleshoot machinery problems

Operated wide variety of equipment including powersaws,sanders,grinders,forklift,scissor lift,and basic hand tools

Inserted shims, adjusted tension on nuts and belts,and positioned parts using hand tools and measuring instruments with 100% accuracy over an 8 - hour period.
