ARMY ACHIEVEMENT MEDAL: I demonstrated unparalleled commitment and adaptability during NTC rotation 24-03. Despite minimal guidance and initial knowledge of LNO duties at Weed Army Community Hospital, I swiftly mastered the position, showcasing extraordinary leadership and diligence. I then shared that expertise with two fellow medics, elevating the entire medical team's capabilities in LNO duties and responsibilities., ARMY ACHIEVEMENT MEDAL: I provided exceptional service while serving in the 581st MCAS Role 1 and Role 2 Medical Treatment Facilities. He provided routine and emergency medical care to over 500 United States Cadets, enabling them to continue training in the ROTC program. I cared for over 50 Cadre with professionalism that would allow them to continue providing world-class training to Cadets. He ensured that all equipment and supplies were ready and cared for daily., ARMY ACHIEVEMENT MEDAL: I took lead to setup and medical processing facility for my first mission being in charge after first arriving to my unit. I led a team of one doctor, 1 psychiatrist, 7 medics and 4 physician assistants to process over 500 service members through all necessary stations in five days while handling all issues that arose and dealing with all Service members unique issues as they arose.
