As the program manager my daily task is to oversee every job that goes to the floor. Review prints and CAD models to verify accuracy and completeness. Creat parts using SolidWorks from prints that were not provided. i create DXF files and program the lasers along with making sure that the brake press department has the prints they need to make the parts right the first time.

make order sheets for any material that needs to be ordered or hardware needed for the assembly.

In constant communication with the customers to address any issues or questions with the parts, also keeping them up to date on the progress and delivery schedule.

i design all CNC fixtures and Weld Fixtures needed to hold and make the required parts.

using Solidworks, bystronic and pro nest for the plasma cutter i create simple or complex fixtures depending on the complexity of the part. order all hardware needed along with making prints,cad and plasma/laser programs to complete the fixtures.

By following the jobs through each department i see the jobs from start to finish and help brainstorm with each department to complete the jobs right and on time. This has allowed me to learn and grow in my knowledge in other departments other then CNC. Including Welding, brake Press, laser and Plasma along with how the front office operates.

Programmed and set up Haas CNC mills using mastercam. Machined complete parts from prints to meet specifications and quality standards.

Set up and operated CNC machines for precision metal fabrication.

Interpreted technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining processes.

Monitored production runs for quality assurance, making adjustments as needed.

• I programmed and set up both 3 and 5 axis Haas cnc machines. The machines I run are a Haas vf3,vf4 and a vf11 for the 3 axis. Operated UMC750 for 5 axis machining using WorkNC and Mastercam. Performed programming and setups, primarily machining aluminum and limited steel for wax or plastic injection molds.

• I programed and set up a Mazak 5-axes CNC Machine. I do complete die jobs to single one off parts with very tight tolerances of .0005 inches. Hard cutting D2 to flying through aluminum there's not much I haven't machined. I currently program off of ESPRIT using the 3 plus 2 axes software for the 5 axes machine. I'm given a job with the data and blueprints then I take care of the rest from there ending up with a completed part all deburred and ready for the customer.

• I programmed and set up Mazak three axes CNC machines. Programmed using Mazcontrol and 3D software called featureCAM. Machined parts from stainless steel to aluminum according to custom dimensions outlined in blueprints.
• Conducted routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Five years of experience. I ran and set up multiple hurco three axes CNC machines. Programmed using mastercam and cut checking fixtures. Trained, directed and instructed apprentices and helpers. Measured instruments to verify compliance with precise specifications. Fabricated tools, jigs and fixtures to meet manufacturing and engineering needs. Machined small and large parts to tolerances of .002 inches or less. Selected appropriate speeds and feeds according to the type of metal and finish specifications. Maintained logs, lists, and files, and promptly completed paperwork to track each job.
