From a very young age, I have been fascinated by technology. I began working at the professional level during my senior year of high school and since then I have vastly progressed in my ability to manage and maintain devices and technical services of all kinds.

• Twelve Years of IT experience as helpdesk and Tier 2.
• Planned, prepped, mapped, and set up a home and small business computer and network installations.
• Experience with various operating systems such as Mac OSX , IOS, Android, Linux, Windows Server, and Windows11,10, 8.1, 7, Vista, XP.
• Used various Linux distributions for advanced troubleshooting, network diagnostics, Security testing, and server hosting.
• I have fixed thousands of devices with various software and hardware issues.
• Host, edit and manage websites, SQL databases, servers and domain name systems running on Windows Server and Linux, Debian, CentOS 7,REHL5.
• Setup and managed Cisco Networking Equipment for Computer Networks for highly organized/specialized network systems.
• Twelve years of experience working with task/ticket documentation systems.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud-based systems including Intune,Azure,Office365, OneDrive, and share point.
• Experience with Hypervisors and Virtual Machines.
