I have put up three solar panels on wooden polls and a frame, I cemented the wooden polls two feet in the ground. I have burned and token care of big wood piles and brush. I have laid out rock and gravel. I have carried over 50 pounds of cement back and forth multiple times building solar panels.

Im a hard working person in the gym and outside of the gym, I take bodybuilding serious and I lift heavy things. I bike miles every other day
