Maintain a safe and controlled environment during busy nights. Check IDs and enforce entry rules to make sure everything runs smoothly. Step in when needed to handle conflicts and keep situations from escalating. Work closely with other staff and law enforcement when necessary.

Keep indoor courts and facility areas clean, safe, and ready for games, practices, and events. Set up equipment and help prepare the gym for basketball, volleyball, and other activities. Direct parents, players, and guests to the right court or area for events. Interact with kids during downtime and play games with them when asked. Help monitor behavior and make sure everyone stays respectful and out of trouble.
