Born in Pittsburgh, Pa and raised in North carolina i have worked mainly in construction my whole life. i started shortly in a retail store and excelled but knew that was not my passion. i joined bonitz in 2015 and could not get enough. i quickly worked my way up to one of the most profound positions and continue to thrive forward. Being a skilled estimator i have experience in Callidus, Measure square, and on-screen / quick bids. Proficient in job specs we know the details can make or break a job. i excelled in an estimator position for 2 years before having the opportunity to work in the field as a PM. Ive been in this position for almost 2 years as well and have learned a good deal. Most importantly how different things are from Plans to in field. On a daily basis i am controlling a budget and problem solving in the field. selling a job is one thing. Performing the work to completion is another animal. I personally know the majority of my knowledge is in flooring and ceilings but do not think it would take much to understand another specific trade. Again the details and specifics are everything.

As a PM at bonitz i have handled and continue to handle a vast majority of responsibility. We Continually run 5-10 jobs at a time and handle everything past selling a job. this includes familiarizing yourself with plans, sorting out all the details from start to finish, making sure material is ordered correctly, performing the work, keeping up with a budget, problem solving in real life, and closing of the project. A big portion of construction is communication. whether that be with the installer you are using, Construction group that hired you, or the end user. Being able to communicate efficiently is a key benefit that i hold. Understanding the process of construction is another benefit. i believe i am an asset in both preconstruction and in field management when assigned to these areas.
