For my Server Assistant position my main job was to buss and reset tables to a 5 star restaurants expectations along with assisting the servers with making sure a customers water would never be empty. Would also answer any questions customers may have to the best of my ability along with completing their needs if they want certain condiments or bread and butter.

Food Expeditor I was in charge on making sure that plates of food were garnished perfectly before I would bring it to a table. Then along with running the food I would then ask if the customer needed anything else. If this was the case where they needed something I would either alert their server or I would grab it for them whether it was refilling drinks or grabbing condiments to go with the meal.

The first task I had would be to load the van with the needed equipment for that day. We would then set off to the job site and unloaded the equipment upon arrival. Depending on what was needed to be done, I would sometimes begin by digging trenches for electric wires or installing underground conduit. On other days I would have started by pulling wire from one destination to another. Once work for the day was done, I would clean up the job site and load the equipment back in the van.

At the Sunriver Marina I worked in a ticket booth where I greeted and supplied customers with parking passes and gave them direction on where to park. I also helped customers fit their life jackets, as well as guided them down to the dock, where I then instructed them on river safety and guided them in and out of their boats. After, I went down to the take out area and helped customers out of their boats and gave them a ride back to the Marina. After bringing customers back to the Marina I loaded their boats and equipment onto a trailer and brought those back to be cleaned.

When I arrived at Cascade Ice Headquarters at 5:45am, my first task was to fill bags with water and bring them to a freezer. I then checked to see what my daily delivery route was and began loading my assigned truck with pallets of ice. Once these tasks were completed, me and my delivery partner began our route delivering ice to our set stores and restaurants assigned to us that day, with me assisting with navigation. Upon arriving to our destinations, I would ask the store/restaurant owner where to store the bags of ice and began loading their freezers. After delivering the pallets I would log the delivery and ask the store manager/owner for their signature of approval. When completing the route I would then return back to HQ and unload remaining ice and leftover trash in the back of the truck and then proceeded to wash the truck.
