Human Resources Management graduate as of June 2022. I am looking forward to utilizing all of the arduous work I have put into my master's program at the University of Massachusetts Global. I feel well-prepared to enter the world of HR because of my dedication to my education.
Currently, at Walt Disney World, I have been fortunate enough to live out one of my childhood dreams of bringing shows and parades to life as a character performer. My ambition and drive led me to this job, and every day I am proud to hold the title of a Walt Disney World Cast Member. Beyond performing, I have been able to showcase the company's keys to success, which include safety, courtesy, inclusion, show, and efficiency. Each key is important, and I exemplify each with a focus on courtesy and inclusion as my top strengths. My drive for D&I has been empowered here, and I plan to take that drive with me anywhere I go.
Looking forward, I hope to continue with passion and ambition wherever my professional, educational, or personal endeavors take me. With a newly acquired HR degree, I hope to head in a professional direction that involves helping people and organizations realize their fullest HR potential. Please reach out to me if our goals are aligned.
