- I help agents through their licensing process, from start to finish.
- I meet with them, for several different appointments along the way, to make sure that everything gets taken care of, and nothing is missed.
- I take care of all administrative work for the licensing, as well as keep track of all of our current agents going through the licensing process, where they are at within that process with detailed notes, and do weekly touch points with all of our current agents agents, to make sure any questions or issues are being addressed.
- I keep up to date on requirements for all 50 states for agents going through the licensing process, to ensure a smooth and easy process for our agents.

- I assisted my main room teacher (kindergarten) with any needs within the classroom.
- (Help with teaching small groups, pulling individual students aside to work with them on needs individually, etc.)
- I assisted within a 'specials' reading classroom every morning, for children who need extra assistance with ready.
- Worked with a small groups table, on different activities to help them with their reading.
- I assisted within the 3rd and 4th grade classrooms in the afternoons for a little while.
- Working within the classroom, but also working individually with student who needed extra attention on things.
- When Covid occurred, and the school shut down in person learning, I helped teach students remotely.
- Once the school allowed in person learning again, we had a select few number of parents who opted out of in person and wanted to stick with the remote learning.
- I was chosen to be the remote kindergarten teacher
- I taught my group of kindergarten students over teams, everyday in the afternoons.
