- My duties consisted of me collaborating with other youth members to brainstorm / plan community events to provided support and resources to enrich the community and to give back to those unfortunate
- We used leadership skills in order to engage with the community while hosting different events and provided customer service skills
- We advocated for mental health services and provided the community with resources to link them to services within their community
- Each week we held meetings within the team and preplanned each event while discussing ways to improve our abilities of leadership, work performance, while gaining knowledge of the workforce
