As a member of the Samsung CRM team:

• Worked closely with strategy, and creative teams to develop content, maintaining consistency with Samsung brand marketing and message guidelines. And customized brand message to capture target audience interest and drive engagement. Reviewed and edited final copy for accuracy and oversaw all phases of production

• Led a team of digital creatives, assisted with editing, career development and team continuity. Developed high-converting concepts for Honey's offline media channels, such as podcast/radio reads. As well as their digital channels; creating native ads, landing pages, UX and web copy, CRM, display ads and social.

• Managed a small, in-house content marketing team. Provided copy for video, website, landing pages, email, paid search, social, product packaging, corporate communications, and blog.

• Helped foster creative culture and define brand voice that helped DSC become a global brand. Created for paid/organic search, native and social ads, CRM, UX/website copy, and branded content.
