My job at Terminix consisted of many different things; however, here’s a few things I’ve done:

• As a technician, my job requires me to troubleshoot customer’s devices or any T-Mobile related devices, to see what’s causing the issue and how to resolve it. If customer is having signal issues, I would check out the towers in their area, and there network to see what the coverage is like for them. If the customer was still having issues, I’d file a ticket and partner up with the engineers.
