- Completed a 3.2 million dollar renovation at The Reserve On West 31st which included full property repaint and reroof, all new interior finishes consisting of cabinets, trim, paint, fixtures and flooring while being fully occupied. We also did a full pavement re-surface and wood rot repair before the repaint.
- Opened HERE KANSAS which is a brand new A+ student housing facility on KU campus. Started at the finish of construction and stocked all start up supplies/materials for new start up. Worked with the GC to finish final punches and warranty issues.
- Opened The Nest in Lawrence and started 6 months prior to opening to work with construction and complete punches and project completion.
- Began Traveling for new builds at Trinitas and assisted with punches and new startup supplies and training.
