I'm a Strength & Conditioning professional and coach focused on helping athletes get stronger, move better, and stay healthy long-term. I'm currently finishing my degree at the University of Findlay while staying hands-on through coaching, programming, and applied experience in both performance and education settings. Alongside my coursework, I'm currently student teaching/serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, helping lead and support students in exercise technique, coaching fundamentals, and practical skill development. I enjoy breaking down complex concepts into simple cues that actually translate in the weight room. I also work at Planet Fitness as a Shift Lead/Bullpen Trainer, where I've built strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and creating a positive experience for members while supporting a team-focused environment. I enjoy building training systems that are simple to follow, backed by exercise science, and individualized to the athlete in front of me. I'm especially interested in strength development, injury prevention, and bridging the gap between corrective exercise and high-performance training. More than anything, I believe coaching is about impact. Knowledge matters, but relationships and consistency are what athletes remember. My goal is to be the coach people trust, not just for better performance, but for real support inside and outside of sport. If you're looking for someone who brings intensity, consistency, and real care into coaching, I would love to connect.
