William "Ben" Mills

• Currently in the beginning stages of spearheading a research project focusing on Real Estate and social justice
• planning to propose a project in which we look at how flooding in San DIego disproportionally effects vulnerable communities
• aiming to conclude the project with a policy proposal to mitigate wasted resources in terms of re-developing areas with outdated infrastructure not equipped to suppress today's contemporary climate change risks.

• Officiate baseball from ages 10-18

• Read through property transactions, attended meetings between buyers and sellers, learned the basics of Real Estate transaction
• Gained insight on the inequality of the Real Estate market for the marginalized in the greater Phoenix area.

• cared for 2 children of South Bend community members, both of whom have mental disabilities
• learned patience, creativity, and time management
• witnessed pure joy and innocence of toddlers happy despite such seemingly crippling disabilities
