I Supervised a crew of 6 people. I did everything from running a lawn mower and weed eater to fixing them if they broke down to daily or monthly maintenance on the equipment. I did landscaping and I was in charge of keeping up with everyone's time for the week and getting it turned into payroll. I also handled the transportation of getting my crew to and from work and from job site to job site.

I started as a Mechanic's helper repairing industrial equipment inside and outside of the Sugar Mill which then led to me being trained to operate heavy equipment such as Front End Loader, Backhoe, Skids Steer and Tractors.
