- Responsible for bringing Clinical Resource Hub (CRH) for the first time into Eastern Kansas Health Care System (EKHCS) for gap coverage at our St. Joe CBOC in Missouri.
- Collaborated with Telehealth Coordinators for expansion of Telehealth options in our CBOCs via CAS Cart or Wall Docks for cross coverage in EKHCS to improve access and reduce curtailments.
- Worked with a team of PACT Trainers to complete PACT Foundations training for our 39 PACT teams in EKHCS with plan for ongoing and refresher trainings.
- Leads our weekly PACT Leadership meeting which involves different service line chiefs to discuss PACT processes and projects relevant to PACT mission and goals. Currently working on three PACT projects.
- Wrote the proposal, agenda, and plan for PACT All Staff Retreat for the 39 PACT Teams including the clinical pharmacy practitioners and social workers and this will be recurring every year for tactical planning for PACT and team building activities.
