Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to determine their design preferences, needs, and budgetary constraints. Advise clients on design choices, materials, and layout options that align with their vision and the firm's standards of luxury.
• Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and securing high-value contracts. Created a valuable client portfolio for the company, becoming the main and only point of contact for new projects' collaborations.
• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple high-profile bespoke and custom projects from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations and firm standards thanks to the knowledge acquired during the previous work experience at the HQ in Italy working with the technical department and production team.
  Create and oversee project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to deliver projects on time and within budget. Supervise on-site activities, including installation and final touches, to ensure a seamless and satisfactory client experience
• Design Coordination: Review and approve design concepts, materials, and finishes, ensuring they meet both client preferences, high-quality standards. Coordinate with the Italian technical teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration of design elements with Molteni&C's technical requirements.
  Oversee the procurement of materials and furnishings, managing logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery and installation.
  
  

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial design through delivery and installation for the Molteni&C Contract Division.

• Scope of work: Collaborate with the design team and technical department to translate client needs and preferences into practical, custom-made design solutions. Review and approve design concepts, materials, and finishes to ensure alignment between client vision and project scope ensuring that design elements adhere to safety standards, codes, and regulations.
  
• Product technical knowledge: Liaise with the technical department to integrate design concepts with technical requirements and constraints within the Molteni&C materials & production processes.
  Facilitate clear communication between design and technical teams to resolve any technical challenges.
  Oversee the preparation of technical documentation and specifications for installation.
  
• Delivery and Installation: Supervise the delivery and installation of design elements, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.
  
• Suppliers & Third parties management: Manage subcontractors and vendors involved in the production and installation process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
  Conduct final inspections and address any post-installation issues or adjustments needed.
