  • Strategy Development and Execution
  • Review new losses within 14 days of assignment to the adjuster to ensure coverage has been confirmed and appropriate action is being taken to investigate liability and assess damage
  • Maintain a diary on all open files assigned to the adjusters on the team to ensure that files are proactively handled
  • Ensure that the team is handling all claims effectively, consistent with the industry’s best practices and in accordance with any statutory and ethics requirements
  • Utilize critical thinking and solid judgement to solve problems, make decisions and resolve issues inherent in handling losses as well as plan and organize activities throughout the claim management process

  • Ensure that all enquiries, complaints, and customer concerns are promptly responded to
  • Ensure that all claims are attended to within the agreed Service Level Agreement and timelines
  • Oversee the correspondence and communication to all Retail Distribution Agents i.e., Sales Managers and Financial Advisors through the Client Contact Centre and/or Corporate Services ensuring that the company is well represented, and all correspondence aligns with Leverage Brokers Insurance’s values, products and services
  • Develop and continually enhance relationships with Leverage insurance brokers Branch network, and agent to maintain visibility and high market share

  • Ensure that all businesses procured from sales are accepted and incepted within timelines
  • Ensure zero tolerance on all regulatory related issues within the division
