Through working in fundraisers and being team captain on my softball team I've learned a lot about how to work with others. Being in softball fundraisers has taught me how to work in face pace environments and still maintain my patience and social skills. While on the other hand, being the leader on my team has taught me how to set an example for my teammates by showing good sportsmanship, good attitude, and a positive way of thinking. In my junior year I became a "SAM" where I got the opportunity to help younger classes and assist teachers. Samming for a year and competitive softball all my life
has taught me from a young age how to balance out my school work and extracurriculars. My past experiences has made me more comfortable with going into my future as a delta college student while working to save.
