Perform venipunctures to collect all labs order by the clinic physician, while keeping a steady flow and adhering to all standard operating procedures. Ensure any and all questions or issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner

Train Grifols Donor Center technicians and Phlebotomist on the standard operation procedures to ensure duties are performed safely and efficiently, conduct pre-donation medical screening, maintaining compliance with SOP, have interaction and responsiveness to consumers needs, ensure donor safety and donor confidentially, asses donor suitability and engages in setting up and disconnecting the plasmapheresis machine, disposing supplies, venipunctures, setting appointments for new and returning donors, provide appropriate feedback to ineligible donor candidates, ensure all donors screening information is complete, respond to and assist with handling donor reaction, monitor donor and equipment to donors and quality of product.
