Everdry is a basement and crawlspace waterproofing company. As a second sourcer we are the main lead generators for the company.

  • I follow up with all the media leads such as Angi, Home Advisor, FB, Everdry's website, and etc.
  • I follow up with homeowners that recently scheduled and estimate but cancelled
  • I follow up with the homeowners that had an estimate but did not decide to go with our company
  • I answer any incoming calls and direct them to the correct department
  • I assist with the sales representatives and take in their estimate numbers (prices) when they are at an appointment
  • I assist with the sales representatives with giving them their appointments for the next day
  • I callback on previous appointments to try and generate leads
  • I also assist with canvassers when they are at a homeowners door and the homeowner want an estimate

At the start of Troy Auto, I started as a call backer, and then a couple months in, I was promoted to a dispatcher. Then eventually I was promoted to Team Lead. Troy Auto is affiliated with AAA, so most og the call volume comes from AAA. Troy Auto does have their own in-house accounts they tow for as well.

  • Collaborated with fellow dispatchers to maintain a seamless workflow during shift changes.
  • I would callback on ALL of the AAA calls to ensure that the customer was 100% totally satisfied
  • If customers were not satisfied I would make a report and file it with upper management
  • I would check the survey scores daily, nd do research on any bad surveys, and try to appeal them
  • I would set up high-end tow or light service appointments for customers and dealers
  • I would set up calls for our in-house accounts that needed tow or light service assistance
  • I would manage ALL of the AAA calls, prioritize them by emergency
  • I would call ALL of the AAA tows to ensure that the customers are in a safe location and accommodate customers who might be waiting a long time and give them an ETA
