• Monitoring, tracking, and conveying patient information to Nurses.
• Evaluating patients to identify and address wounds, behavioral concerns, and changes in health.

• Promoting good oral and personal hygiene by aiding patients with shaving, bathing, and teeth brushing.
• Assisting with daily living activities such as toileting, dressing, grooming, and feeding.

• Transporting residents to and from appointments.
• Caring for resident needs such as passing waters, providing warm blankets and snacks, and any other non-hands on assistants.

• Transporting samples to the lab.

• Providing light housekeeping such as emptying trash bins and restocking linens and briefs.
