Participated in Cerner SuperUser roll out and all Cerner departmental updates.

Collaborated with physicians, Labor & Delivery, NICU, House Coordinator, for departmental and staffing needs including obtaining resources.

Assisted with Vaccine clinic during Pandemic.

Responsible for departmental schedules Staff RN, UCS, and surgical techs.

Perficient in multiple roles: Charge Nurse, L&D Staff RN, Anchor RN.

Collaborated with buyers, clinicians, SPD, Materials Management and other units to ensure appropriate supplies.

Assist with development of departmental budgets

Collaborated with physicians, Postpartum and NICU.
