- Assisted in the preparation and maintenance of lab equipment, ensuring proper calibration and validation prior to testing.
- Performed data entry and analysis of test results, maintaining accurate and organized laboratory records and logs.
- Supported senior QC analysts in developing and executing stability studies to monitor the shelf-life of pharmaceutical products.
- Assisted with environmental monitoring in cleanroom settings to ensure controlled conditions are maintained during production.
- Participated in the investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results, contributing to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensured compliance with company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and batch records during quality testing.
- Gained hands-on experience with analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV-VIS spectrophotometer, and dissolution testers.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including production and quality assurance, to support overall product quality and release timelines.
