 My name is Van Thang, and I'm from Burma ( Myanmar). This is my 13 years in the United States and live in Midland Tx. I'd prefer to be called Van. I finished Business Administration at Midland College, I am currently seeking a degree in Accounting at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin. I used to work for Granite Peak Fabrication as a translator for our Chin People in Midland TX (08/08/22-09/25/23).

At the end of 2020, UNHCR estimated that there were 1.1 million refugees from Myanmar. This made it the fourth-largest refugee population in the world.
