Training dialysis patients and/or their care partners how to safely administer hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments at home. Providing case management as well as 24 hour support.

Providing hemodialysis to acutely ill patients in a hospital setting. Delivering education and support for patients, family members, and non dialysis staff. Supervising and educating CHHTs while they render care to patients in acute care setting.

Delivering medical care to patients with ESRD on Dialysis in an outpatient setting. Managing safe treatments. Providing counseling and education regarding their disease progression, maintaining optimal health, as well as adhering to necessary md prescription and diet.

Delivered high quality and compassionate nursing care to patients in an urban environment. Providing education, IV therapy, wound care and a variety of treatments. Orthopedic experience and completion of a critical care course.

Highly motivated staff nurse on a 41 bed renal transplant unit. Competent in all aspects of renal patient care from a step down unit with post-operative renal transplants to ESRD dialysis patients. This was also a telemetry unit providing a diverse range of experience and medical exposure.
