  • Managed development of 37,000 square foot DGP/SOLAR Tower in Hollywood; responsible for the feasibility study, land acquisition, financial packaging, design coordination, construction management & leasing of $5,000,000, six story office building project. Project completed on time and on budget.
  • Managed tenant improvement of 7,310 square foot state of the art recording studio and rehearsal hall in Hollywood; responsible for feasibility study, lease and studio equipment acquisition, financial packaging, acoustical and architectural coordination, construction management for this $1,300,000 project. Project was completed on time and on budget.
  • Managed the development and subdivision of a five-acre, two custom home $355,000 project located in Riverside County California; responsible for the feasibility study, construction and takeout financing, permit acquisition, design coordination, construction management and marketing and sales. Sales value of project upon completion: $480,000.
  • Managed seismic protection of a 15,000 square foot L.A. Savings and Loan building; administered a $300,000 construction, structural engineering, plumbing, and electrical contract; air conditioning, roofing, steel and demolition trades.
  • Resolved community protests and threats, managed demolition of a 15,000 square foot Savings and Loan headquarters and hotel due to 1992 L.A. riot; responsible for coordinating and negotiating the replacement cost bids from ten contractors and assisting with presentation to and negotiation with the insurance carrier. Settlement resulted in sixty percent of replacement value within six months of claim filing.
  • Managed tenant improvement for a 3,000 square foot modular unit for a L.A. Savings and Loan including negotiation with the L.A. Building and Safety Department of the removal of plan check obstacle that prevented the occupancy to meet six-week schedule. Cost of project: $350,000.
  • Brokered and or supervised sales associates with over 100 residential, commercial, property management and vacant land transactions including sale/leasing listings, marketing strategies, staging, lending, and escrow closings throughout Southern California.
