With 14 years in acute care nursing, specializing in the Neuro ICU at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) for the past 5 years. Previous experience includes medical/surgical, telemetry, step-down cardiac units, and per diem Mobile IV Hydration RN. Currently, I work part-time in the MGH Neuro ICU and per diem at McLean Neurotherapeutics Clinic, administering TMS and Ketamine therapies for treatment-resistant depression.
Current Education
Registered Nurse – Mental Health Services
Administer TMS therapy and Esketamine (Spravato) via IV and intranasal routes for patients with MDD and TRD; incorporate CBT techniques during TMS sessions to enhance treatment outcomes.
IV & IM Therapy Administration
Administer IV/IM medications, hydration therapies, and wellness injections including Biotin, Vitamin D, B12, and Lipostat-Plus.
