Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional guidance to teachers and observe their teaching methodologies in practice.
• Open communication with the Office of Catholic Schools to bridge information, problem solve, and plan projects.
• Ability to work with other leaders to collaborate on joint projects.
• Work closely with different entities within school structure to plan and execute events, fundraisers, and strategic plans.
• Build three different budgets to show current and projected drops in enrollment due to results of COVID-19 Pandemic.

Responsibilities:

• Classroom management, lesson preparation and delivery, and maintain communication with shareholders.
  
• Assist with the development, coordination, and execution of new events such as the Halloween Spooktacular and Color Run.
• Coordinate and execute events with the Student Council and Spirit Squad and oversee Student Council meetings.
• Develop the Marketing Action Plan for the new critical goal assigned by the Visiting Committee.
• Foster new community relationships within the school with the shareholders along with the surrounding community.
