  • As an Assistant Supervisor assign machines to the employees, attend the morning and afternoon meetings, Do a shift report with the employees name and first box, at the end of shift get the last box that they pack, Do an excel report for different things like cycle times, total up everything at the end of shift, send out email, order materials that they need to perform the job, and scan pallets that are complete using SAP. As a Quality Control Inspector we pull parts for defects, check the parts, put things on hold if you find a defect, using a lot of calipers to perform the job, do measurements, use Sap and Sop.
