I enjoy reading History, Self Help and Spiritual books. I am presently taking a course in writing online with AWIA , American Writers and Artist Institute. I also enjoy the research part of writing. Finding new and interesting information that helps you see the world different.

Exercise workouts are important to your overall well being and I particularly take pleasure in cardio for the brain boosting factor.

Travel is my way to enhance my knowledge of self awareness while also learning different cultures and cuisines ( oh I also love to cook).
