Accomplishments

I have both management and staffing experience and enjoyed both sides of recruiting,

  • Supervised team of up to 22 staff members. This being staff recruiters and their assistants.
  • Used Microsoft Excel to develop inventory tracking spreadsheets.
  • Trained each recruiter how to understand the cost of replacing perm staff from contract labor.
  • I would have a meeting with each staff recruiter each week to see what they had accomplished by filling positions. At times recruiters can only see the number of fills each week and not the true needs for their region and Regional Manager. This is especially true if you have the bonus in place for recruiters.
