Where the providers can manage their all services like Fee Schedules, service offerings, Location details, Customer details etc.., Here these applications are developed by using Java and .Net technologies with the databases Data General and Toad for Oracle

Roles and Responsibilities:

⮚ Monitoring of Splunk and Dynatrace alerts and finding the root cause for the issue.

⮚ Involved effectively in resolving the tickets received through ServiceNow.

⮚ Involved in the deployment and batch operations.

⮚ Involved in designing, development, and code deployment.

⮚ Involved in developing Spring Api’s and writing test cases.

⮚ Involved in writing code for CRUD operations.

⮚ Involved in Azure DevOps operations.

Our Application is an integrated solution for different sectors like Hospitality, Sales & Retail, Nursing, and Health Care Services. Our project performed the activities related to the patients where the process of assigning the patients to specific caretakers is implemented using advanced functionalities. Our project was developed using Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, and Web Services.

Roles and Responsibilities:
⮚ Monitoring of the application performance and resolving the issues.
⮚ Resolving the tickets by finding the solutions received through Jira.
⮚ Verifying Server logs to find the resolution for the issues.
⮚ Involved in the development of Spring Controllers.
⮚ Mapping the Java objects with tables by using DAO.
⮚ Involved in writing code for CRUD operations.
⮚ Involved in building the code & deploying it on the server.
