  • Night drop deposit It can either be cash or checks but if they put cash they need to have a night drop agreement on file.
  • Fundtech are the wire I scanned to director. Have to make sure they scanned in the right date.
  • Processed incoming wire transactions.
  • Responsible for reconciling cash balances from ATMs and Vault.

  • Branch Settlement GL when it doesn't balance I am the one that figures what is off so I can do my tickets and then scanned them in RDC. So that the next business day is balance correct.
  • RDC is back counter scanning which is a machine where I have to scanned all the checks in the RDC by the end of the day.
  • Complete daily and monthly reports.
  • Respond to customers questions and concerns about their account.
  • Processing Large Cash Deposits
  • Tracking, recording, reporting, and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers, ensuring all information is complete.
  • I do Certifications every month and I get them all together so my service manager can review them and sent them in.
