• Install and Align Diesel Engines, Gas Turbines and Reduction gearboxes to required makers and Navy specifications using Lasers and Dial indicators (Rim and Face)
• Bluefit chocks and sims
• Drill mounting bolts holes using magnetic base drills and hogging bits
• Built chockfast dams and prepare chockfast to detailed instructions by the supplier
• Gather surveying documents and calibration certificates for torque wrenches and torque multiplier before survey
• Torque engine mounting bolts to the required torque in the presence of the SUPSHIP and NAVY Surveyors
• Install Electrical Power generation plants and Hydraulic Prime Movers
• Build and Test Hydraulic system, Fuel system, Bilge system, Engine cooling water system, Fire fighting system, AFFF system,Air Condition system detailed to the specific blueprint and in accordance with SUPSHIP, NAVY and AUSTAL standard
• Install shaft seals, Stern tube and Bulkhead
• Assist inside machinist set up milling machine, mill bulkhead insert to within tolerance, layout template and drill and tap hole for thread insert
• Install onboard weapon lifting platforms and overhead cranes
• Lead a team of 7 people and train 2 Technical Assistants to perform Engine install and alignment
• Plan, prioritize work and determine appropriate tools for the job
• Prepare safe rigging gears for the job
• Responsible for clean and safe working environment.

- Performing daily preventative maintenance schedule.

- Daily maintenance of the vessels operating systems and machineries.

- Engine and Gear Box swap and alignment.

- Prepare work flow plan, tools, safety tools for projects.

- Assist the tech Rep rebuilding and installing the MJP Jet.

- Assist and train engineers on the job.

- Exhaust pipe installation

- Lube oil and Heat Exchanger removal, cleaning, pressure testing and reinstalling.

-All relevant work related to dry docking.

• Align and install Diesel Engines to required specifications and standards
• Install onboard Machineries and onboard systems according to the systems blueprint
• Test onboard Machineries and Systems during Dock trials with Company's Quality Control personnel, Coast Guard Representative, ABS Surveyors and Customers Representative to the required standard
• Test, troubleshoot and repair onboard machineries and systems during customers sea trials
• Assist Outfitting Manager and Project Manager review blueprints for parts order and work schedule priority
• Travel out of state and overseas countries to do warranty jobs and follow up on preventative maintenance schedules for company built vessels
• Assist Electricians install, test and troubleshoot onboard Electronic Equipments and Electronic controls
• Fill fuel tanks and prime the fuel systems
• Coordinate with warranty Manager on work plan, materials, tools needed and work safety before vessel drydock and repower.

• Responsible for Operation, maintaining and repair of all onboard machineries and systems
• Check and evaluate engine room log book daily, evaluate temperatures, pressures, fluctuating fuel and oil consumptions, abnormal noises, troubleshoot and repair to prevent downtime or costly damages
• Order Fuel, Oil, Spare Parts, needed for the entire charter or to facilitate the preventative maintenance schedule
• Train Engineers, oilers, apprentices and crews on daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance to allow for smooth charter turnaround
• Responsible for all emergency and fire fighting equipment servicing and calibrations
• Incharge for the annual drydock of the vessel
• Prepare the maintenance work pack and coordinate with the Owner and the Captain on the Budget, work schedules and materials needed
• Arrange for sub-contractors base on the costs and quality of work and deadline
• Schedule marine surveyors to check during work progress to be sure that the work is done to the required standard
• Check that all systems are completed and the vessel is water tight before released from the drydock
• Assist surveyors and captain during sea trial
• Test all systems, emergency systems, alarms and machineries achieve the required standard
• Run Propulsion Engines to a certain required hours and RPM and monitor temperatures and pressures to achieve the required speed.
