Lead over flaggers pushing a crew of 8. Make a schedule chart placing flaggers at there flagging station so they can place the vehicles through out the parking lot. Also over Lot monitors making sure they are up to date on what is going one in the parking lot. Also in contact with Security on the premises of the parking lot

Lot Monitor over sees parking lot and does touch points verifying the lot is secure and safe for the vehicles that are parked. Log in and out vehicles entering the main gate. Also Logging Buses in and out having ahead count on Buses entering main gate
