Interviewed inmates to gather information; read evaluated, reviewed and processed all incoming appeals, CDCR 1824's, Staff Complaints, and correspondence. Screened all appeals in accordance with CCR 3084, DOM 54100 and SVSP DOM Supplement 54100. Responded to all correspondence within time frames designated by DOM. Completed second level reviews appeals for all appeals except parole period, time computation appeals, medical appeals and funds related to appeals.
