I have knowledge on how to use several research methods for example, reviewing veteran’s eligibility status using a software called Veteran’s Information Systems and Technology Architecture (“VISTA”), ClaimsXM (CXM), Enrollment system (VES), Veterans Benefit Management System (VBMS), Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS), Pegasystems (PEGA), Data Network (DATANET), and DAPER system. I further analyze a veteran’s documentation to discover any conditions that happened while they were on active duty that would have led a Veteran to be permanently and totally (“P&T”) disabled. I use diverse resources by collecting information from congressional members, senior CSO leadership, providers, and beneficiaries to gain a more in-depth understanding of complex medical information.
