Earned Peer Leader position through passing a rigorous and competitive selection and interview process. Established a strong rapport with Honors Program students through mentoring, community building and event organizing. Worked closely with election board officials to ensure smooth proceedings on election day and the maintenance of election integrity. Oversaw the voting process, guiding voters step-by-step through check-in, usage of voting technology and interactions with the polls. Worked 18-hour election days, both general and primary. Sat through yearly mandatory trainings in technology, interpersonal interaction and civic engagement.
