At KT Black I started out as a recruiter however quickly made my way up to a SEIT. In my SEIT role I was tasked with maintaining a $25k/week in revenue, bringing in new clients, maintaining client relations, payroll, and working events that myself and my recruiter staffed. Additionally in my role I successfully brought twenty-one new clients to the company.

During my time at Onin Staffing I was a Administrative Assistant, Jr Recruiter, Recruiter, and Staffing Executive. These positions were all promotions based on my performance. Onin first opened the Amarillo branch in early 2021 and had only 1 other recruiter before I started. With Onin I brought in new business/clients, managed a team of 2 within the office, and helped the branch grow. This position would be my first introduction to the Staffing industry.

During my time at United Supermarkets I was a Cashier, Customer Service Representative, Bookkeeper, and lastly Lead Bookkeeper. In my role as a Lead Bookkeeper I would play multiple positions such as CSR Rep, HR, Manager, and Cashier all while maintaining the stores invoices, revenue, and other numbers.
