  • Assistant manager was my hired position for Tides at North Phoenix which has 316 units.
  • I managed the tenant needs, coordinating maintenance work orders, aiding with leasing, collecting rent, sending 5-day notices, and managing administrative assignments.
  • Collections during Covid-19 had been a challenge, but I managed to collect all rents during these tough times.
  • I trained in 5-day notices, creating leases, weekly phone calls with investors, scheduling with vendors, move out inspections, marketing, evictions, and walked the unit's to make sure its rent-ready.
  • After 6 months I moved my way up to become a property manager for Tides at North Avondale with 119 units.
  • As the community manager, I oversaw the day-to-day operations of the property and the maintenance on site.
  • The property consisted of classic and renovated units all based on market rent.
  • I had weekly meetings with our investors that consisted of our rent increase, renovation units, delinquency, and occupancy. Our occupancy goal is to stay at 97% when we have reno units down.
