Summary
Before working for the two Amazon partnerships listed on my resume, first the logistics company Transport Whiz and now e-commerce at Fantastic Plus, my jobs were mostly in business development for marketing services companies or as a licenced insurance sales broker in New York.
Taking two companies in a row from start-up business planning to operational execution has taught me an appreciation for building consumer-facing brands working for the world's leading and most demanding partner in Amazon. My experience demonstrates my ability to handle ADP bi-weekly payroll, evaluate product demand on the most competitive e-commerce platform in the world, manage all of our company's HR and work closely with ownership on brand satisfaction. My people skills are second to none and I am accustomed to juggling priorities and working under pressure.
At the same time, I am planning to continue my pursuit of a bachelor's degree in software engineering. I am married with a dog and no children. I enjoy road cycling.

- Manager in an e-commerce start-up with Amazon.com to sell consumer products that the company procured from international factories to be sold in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, and China. The Amazon program is called Fulfillment-By_Amazon
- Following Amazon's comprehensive review of the company's business plan, the company was approved to begin selling on Amazon's global platform
- As one of two lead managers, completed six months training from Amazon approved 3rd party Helium 10. Using proprietary data analytics, I was initially responsible for acquisitions research that used a disciplined evaluation to rank potential product acquisitions in nine consumer categories for e-commerce sales.
- Established all banking relationships with Chase as required by Amazon for both accounts Payable and accounts receivable.
- Lead manager on marketing team responsible for product photographs and demonstration videos used to enhance listings on Amazon.com.
- Since Amazon essentially uses Google Adwords system of selling keyword advertising within Amazon.com, the company asked me to get certified by Google's adwords training.
- Working as the leading manager for P&L management in Quickbooks for product acquisitions and storage, quarterly tax reporting to our CPA and accounts payable for all company items.

- Transport Whiz operated a fleet of 47 cargo vans which were all Amazon branded vehicles.
- Managed all ADP HR-related tasks for 80 employees in compliance with our partner Amazon Logistics' audit requirements. Built start-up staff during the height of the Pandemic including onboarding, ADP payroll processing, employee benefits administration, personnel files, background checks screened candidates from corporate recruiters
- Managed budget reconciliation against Amazon weekly invoicing for accuracy and held D.O.T. reporting to ensure that drivers did not exceed Federal driving laws.
- Approved bi-weekly payroll submissions for 80 FTE's for hours tracking, including overtime.
- Manager responsible for communicating with outside legal team on employee discipline, terminations and incident reporting.
- Managed employee scheduling for multiple shifts covering seven day a week operations. Eighty drivers' schedules were maintained in Homebase, preferred HR vendor by our partner.
- Responsible for Incident reporting to Amazon and insurance carrier for any company vehicle involved in an accident.
- Trained new Amazon drivers on a timed load-out requirement overseen by Amazon Logistics staff in the Amazon warehouse.

Road Cycling
We were excited to move to Naples, Florida because the area has so many paved road cycling paths. I started riding road cycles nine years ago when I lived on the Upper West Side of Manhattan where we rode 8-20 miles in New York City's Central Park. Cycling is great cardio excercise. Since I also enjoy technology, my Garmin watch allows me track my heart rate during rides.
