I find that a physical, hands-on hobby which I can easily review my progress is the best fit for me. Crochet helps me take a break from watching the screen or give me time to absorb knowledge during readings. I like to find difficult patterns to attempt. My favorite patterns are amigurumi toys. I am mostly self-taught besides the basics.
