• Oversee and maintain safety practices in accordance with safe operations and in

compliance with company policies.

• Prioritize and manage the workload to ensure assignments address the objectives for

the day.

• Monitor the efficiency and quality of all production jobs.

• Review goals of the production lines daily and report issues preventing obtainment of

production goals. Report findings.

• Assist in troubleshooting production jobs, incident/ accident and customer complaint

investigations.

• Review production records for completion and accuracy.

• Review and approve timesheets for production personnel. Control costs through

effective manpower management.

• Maintain inventory and replenishment for all production supplies.

• Perform all normal supervisory functions including hiring, training, appraisals,

counseling, and discipline.

• Conduct performance appraisals and communicate information to Management.

• Manage employee conduct or performance problems in a manner consistent with

company policies.

• Work cooperatively across all aspects of operations to meet quality, EHS&S policies,

and objectives to meet customer needs.

• Perform other duties as directed by the Operations Manager.
