• Oversee and maintain safety practices in accordance with safe operations and in
compliance with company policies.

investigations.
• Review production records for completion and accuracy.
• Review and approve timesheets for production personnel. Control costs through
effective manpower management.
• Maintain inventory and replenishment for all production supplies.
• Perform all normal supervisory functions including hiring, training, appraisals,
counseling, and discipline.
• Conduct performance appraisals and communicate information to Management.
